• Screen all employees for the following...

1. Fever

2. Shortness of breath

3. Cough

4. Chills

5. Headache Muscle Pains

6. Sore throat

7. Loss of smell or taste​

* Ensure all sick employees stay home




• Make hand washing, sanitizer, and masks available



• Ensure all employees are required to wear a mask at ALL times



• Ensure all clients are required to wear a mask while in the lobby

Please help keep our community staff by doing the following…​

1. Stay home if you feel ill

2. Keep social distance while in the spa

3. Use Tap to pay if possible

4. Wear a mask until you are taken back by your provider
